How to Move

  • Beginner - 1 mile a day

  • Intermediate - 2 miles a day

  • Advanced - 3 miles a day

The Rules

  1. Download the NIKE Run Club app for iOS or Android

  2. Add Hackney Moves as a friend on NIKE Run Club

  3. Accept our NIKE Run Club invitation request to the March Moves challenge

  4. Go to Hackney Moves Instagram, screenshot the running calendar from our Instagram stories and start ticking off the dates as you go

  5. Share your progress on Instagram, tagging Hackney Moves to show your daily moves

  6. Invite a friend

  7. Tag us on Instagram to let us know you've completed the challenge at the end of the month
