How to Move
Beginner - 1 mile a day
Intermediate - 2 miles a day
Advanced - 3 miles a day

Tag us on Instagram to let us know you've completed the challenge at the end of the month

Charities still need your fundraising support. Set up a fundraising page through JustGiving and raise much needed funds for charities that have been impacted by Covid-19.
