FIT ALL DAY

Sunday will feature three stages of fitness - our main stage lineup which will feature free fitness for all, our ClassPass stage featuring SF's finest instructors and a Flywheel stage where you can get your spin on all day. There'll also be a Motiv Recovery Zone for our runners and lots of places to hang out and relax in Civic Center Plaza after all the hard work! See below for the full schedules.

We're taking the signature 45-minute Flywheel ride outside to Civic Center Plaza all day long Sunday. Classes will be held every hour from 8-12pm.

MOTIV RECOVERY SESSIONS

TriggerPoint demonstrations on a GRID foam roller will teach you how to release your calf, quad, glutes and back and leave you feeling great. Led by TriggerPoint senior master trainer Marc Coronel, hosted by Motiv. No registration required - stop by the Motiv tent at Civic Center Plaza!

ASICS athlete Rosario Rios Aguilar will be leading a Butts + Guts class to get you sweaty + sporty.

SHAUNA HARRISON


Our resident PhD and "sweat dealer" will be teaching a free Muscle + Flow™ class.

Barry's Bootcamp instructor and SF local will be leading a high-intensity class that will leave your booty sore.
